The convention experience means something different to each member in attendance. While we wish every member could attend the whole weekend to enjoy the full convention experience, we recognize schedules, personal and professional commitments may not make that possible. For you convenience, the following registration options are offered for 2020: 

Full-time Registration

Explore new horizons with everything convention has to offer! This three-day registration includes entrance to all educational sessions, keynote speeches, national chapter meetings, meals and on-site activities.

Full-time registration fee

Alpha Chi Omega 2020 convention: $775

Part-Time By-Day Registration

If your schedule doesn’t allow you to enjoy all three days of convention, you can register to attend single days. Select the day (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) you want to join us in Baltimore, and you’ll be registered for all that day’s meals, sessions and events.

By day registration fees

Friday only: $200
Saturday only: $335
Sunday only: $375 

Part-Time a la Carte Registration

Are you interested in attending only a couple meals? Or do you just want to participate in the education sessions? The part-time registration option allows you to choose which events of convention you’d like to experience.

A la carte registration fees: 

General registration: $60
Welcome dinner: $140
Sisterhood luncheon: $100
Saturday sessions: $35
Reunion Night: $140
NHC reception: $140
Sunday sessions: $40
Foundation lunch: $100
Carnation Celebration & Appreciation Reception: $175

Online Registration

The deadline to register is April 27. Late registration will be available for an additional $50 fee online through May 27. Online registration closes May 27; however, on-site registration will be available for an additional $25 fee (on top of the $50 late fee) during June 26-28 as space allows. 

Financial Assistance

Need help funding your convention experience? Through generous support from the Marguerite Graham McWhirter Fund (Omicron, Baker University), the Alpha Chi Omega Foundation is again able to provide alumnae convention assistance grants in 2020.

Applications are open to all alumnae, however, funds are limited and priority for grants will be given to alumnae attending as official representatives of their alumnae chapters or as collegiate advisors. Recipients will be notified prior to the first registration deadline of April 27, 2020. 

Applications are due April 15, 2020. To be considered, please apply online
