There are two elections at the biennial chapter meetings through which leaders are decided for the next biennium, 2020-22. These two groups are:

  • National Council, the Fraternity’s elected governing leadership

  • National Nominating Committee, the committee that determines Alpha Chi Omega’s leadership needs for the following (2022-24) biennium, identifies and vets qualified and capable Alpha Chi Omega alumnae to serve on the National Council, and stewards the nomination and petitioning process

Information about these volunteer leadership roles and the election process for both is found in Section V of the Policies of Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc.

If there are proposed amendments to the Fraternity’s Articles of Incorporation or Heritage document, or recommended revisions to The Ritual of Alpha Chi Omega, the voting delegates will consider these revisions and vote on them as well.

Information regarding the elections and voting items at convention will be available in late April 2020 and updated in late May 2020. Please check back at that time for more information.
